This being at a religious monument, and given that the bathrooms are not "down below", I can only assume this means that in Hell, men and women are separated by partitions.
No cows on the bridge! Unless the cow is equipped with the Via Verde (Green Lane) automatic toll payment system. No bikes, carts or pedestrians. Also, no blue. (Okay, that means no stopping).
In a surf-side town, I found this message rather sweet.
